If you're not happy with a pack or your All-Access subscription — for any reason, or no reason at all — you can get a full refund. Here's how it works:

1. Email hello@topaiprompts.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Include the email address you used at checkout so we can find your order.
3. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

That's it. No explanation required, no forms, no hoops. For subscriptions, the refund covers your most recent charge within the 30-day window, and your access ends once the refund is issued.
