1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TopAIPrompts ("the Service"), operated by Vantlir LLC ("the Company"), purchasing any prompt pack, or subscribing to the All-Access Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service or make any purchases.

2. Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold on TopAIPrompts are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately.
• You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or dispute once the product has been delivered or made accessible to you.
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for any completed purchase.
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination, loss of access to all purchased products, and potential legal action to recover costs including chargeback fees.

3. Subscription Terms (All-Access Pass)

• The All-Access Pass is a recurring monthly subscription at the current listed price.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Initiating a chargeback instead of canceling through your dashboard constitutes a violation of these terms.

4. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased prompts publicly.
• Include purchased prompts in any competing product or service.
• Claim authorship of the prompts or remove attribution.

You may use the prompts to generate content for commercial purposes (e.g., using our prompts with ChatGPT or Claude to create content for your business).

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We take chargebacks seriously. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact us first at topaiprompts@yahoo.com and we will work with you to resolve it.

If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us:

• We will provide evidence of delivery to your payment provider.
• Your account and all associated purchases will be permanently revoked.
• You may be liable for the chargeback fee (typically $15–$25) incurred by us, in addition to the original purchase amount.
• We reserve the right to pursue collection of disputed amounts through all available legal means.

6. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our prompts are high-quality and effective. However, results from using AI prompts depend on the AI platform used, your specific inputs, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, or results from using our prompts.

7. Governing Law & Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Trademarks

ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI, Inc. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Gemini is a trademark of Google LLC. TopAIPrompts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies. All third-party trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive purposes.
